Our first fund, Arnya Real Estate Fund — Debt, is registered with SEBI as a Category II AIF. The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) has approved the Arnya Real Estate Gift Fund (AREGF) as a Category III AIF. AREGF's primary goal is to invest in Arnya Real Estate Fund—Debt. Arnya Real Estate Fund—Debt will invest in residential real estate growth capital across India's top eight cities. The Fund intends to invest in fixed-tenure debt deals with high returns in residential real estate projects.
